2024 ministry budget

FBC Mansfield 2024 Budget - $2,400,000

MISSIONS - $428,000 (18%)

The Missions budget supports Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) missions and education. Included is our support of the SBC Cooperative Program, International Mission Board (Lottie Moon offering), North American Mission Board (Annie Armstrong offering), Southern Baptist of Texas missions (Reach Texas offering), and SBC Send Relief. We will also continue to have an indispensable impact in our local community by supporting local community partnerships like the Metroplex Women’s Clinic, Mansfield Mission, and Common Ground Network. Finally, our Missions budget will provide needed resources to execute a strategic plan that will mobilize our church family to “GO” on mission and be a light for the gospel in our community, state, and world.

STAFF - $975,000 (41%)

The Staff budget supports our church staff and their families by providing fair compensation and benefits. We will utilize this budget to help create a healthy workplace for all our employees and provide for meaningful staff development and growth.

FACILITIES - $384,000 (16%)

The Facilities budget allows us to not only continue supporting the basic operations of the church but also provide the resources necessary for ongoing needed improvements. Our primary focus will be on creating a clean, healthy, and safe environment where disciple-making and worship will flourish.

ADMINISTRATION - $317,000 (13%)

The Administration budget provides support for  the ministries of our church with items like office supplies, digital tools, equipment, hospitality services, accounting services, and debt service payments. This budget will also provide the required insurance needed to protect our people and physical resources from risks that can hinder the work we plan to do for the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom.

MINISTRY - $296,000 (12%)

The Ministry budget supports Next Generation, Special Needs, Adults, Worship, Communications, First Impressions, Assimilation, and Leadership Development. This budget will allow us to grow and strengthen each ministry team as we execute a unified disciple-making strategy. FBCM staff will be able to enlist, equip, and empower healthy leaders that will guide people to have a multiplying impact for Christ’s Kingdom. We will be able to lead our church family to worship the Lord together and provide the resources needed to build healthy relational environments that make disciples that make disciples.
