The Pastoral Residency of FBC Mansfield is an immersive experience designed to prepare men for life-long service as a senior pastors in the local church. Through intentional mentorship, a structured formation process and hands-on ministry experience this program provides a critical piece in the training process for pastors. Like a residency for a doctor that provides a safe lab for growth and development of a medical professional, we believe our residency provides a ministry lab for pastors.
